But today I am posting a new method if the above method fails or not working for you for the following possible reasons:

• You don't have administrative access on the PC.(because of school/college's restrictions.)
• You don't want to download the software mobogenie due to additional data and time wastage.
• Or any other reason.

Anyways the new method doesn't require you to download any software. But you have to download an extension for Google Chrome (also called Addon).

Here is the DOWNLOADING LINK of the extension: Click here. After downloading, install the extension or addon by double clicking on it. And you are done. To initiate you just have to enter the device id or country once. Now when you'll try to download any app from Google Play Store, then it will start downloading.
